What happens when you take a supercharged 2025 Mustang Dark Horse, pull the blower, and bolt on a Hellion Street Sleeperยฎ hidden twin turbo system? We ran the test the only fair way: same car, same Dynojet, back-to-back.

Round 1: Supercharged โ€” 670 RWHP

With the supercharger in place, the Dark Horse made 670 rear-wheel horsepower at 9.6 psi. A strong number, and our baseline.

The swap: blower out, turbos in

The supercharger came off, the stock intake manifold went back on, and the Hellion headers and Street Sleeperยฎ twin turbo system bolted in. The Sleeper keeps the turbos hidden for a clean, near-stock look under the hood, and it uses a crank-driven mechanical oil scavenge pump, so there is no electric pump, relay or wiring to fail.

Round 2: Same boost, +202 RWHP

Before turning anything up, we matched boost. At about 9.4 psi the twin turbos made 865 RWHP versus 663 supercharged: +202 horsepower at the same boost.

Turning it up: 1,219 RWHP

With boost raised to 16.9 psi, the Dark Horse laid down 1,219 RWHP and 908 lb-ft of torque. Boost is adjustable from the driverโ€™s seat.

ย  Boost Rear-wheel HP
Supercharged 9.6 psi 670
Supercharged (same-boost run) 9.40 psi 663
Hellion twin turbo (same boost) 9.46 psi 865
Hellion twin turbo (turned up) 16.9 psi 1,219
Total gain +549 RWHP (+82%) over the 670 baseline
