Hellion Turbo is proud to be featured by FordMuscle in its SEMA 2026 coverage of the new Hellion R-Series Reverse Top Mount Twin Turbo System for the 2024โ26 Mustang GT and Dark Horse.
FordMuscle’s Steve Turner caught up with the Hellion team at the Addco booth (#23135, Central Hall) on reveal day to walk through what makes the R-Series different from our hidden Street Sleeper system. Where the Street Sleeper tucks its turbos out of sight, the R-Series puts a standard rotation and a reverse rotation turbo right on top of the Coyote, both facing inward, for an engine bay that looks as good as it performs.
The feature covers the details that went into packaging a top-mount system in the S650 engine bay: compact turbo manifolds sized for the platform, dual Turbosmart Hypergate 45mm wastegates, 3″ downpipes, and Hellion 62/62R turbos standard, with a 64/66R upgrade for builds headed to 1,600+ horsepower. Like all Hellion systems, the R-Series is a complete bolt-on kit with stainless tubing, V-band connections and the hardware needed to install.
The R-Series S650 system is $11,995, and as a SEMA launch special it’s $500 off through November 30, 2026. Pre-orders are open now, with kits shipping February/March 2027 and paid-in-full orders shipping first.
