Introducing the Hellion R-Series: a Bolt-On Reverse Top Mount Twin Turbo System for the 2024โ26 Mustang GT and Dark Horse, 1,600+ Horsepower!
Revealed at SEMA 2026, the R-Series is the newest addition to our Ford turbocharging lineup and the first R-Series system built for the S650 Mustang.
Two Hellion turbos sit on top of the Coyote 5.0, one standard rotation and one reverse rotation, so the left and right turbos point inward toward each other. Every tube, flange and bracket is built as a complete bolt-on system, made in the USA, with factory fitment.
โThe S650 owners asked us for a top mount system they could show off with the hood up,โ said John Urist, President of Hellion Turbo. โWe built the first top mount Ford system for the Coyote back in 2011. The R-Series takes everything we have learned since then and puts it on the new Mustang as a true bolt-on. Reverse rotation lets both turbos face inward, so the engine bay looks balanced and the system is built for serious power.โ
The standard system comes with Hellion 62/62R turbos, good for up to 1,200 horsepower. Step up to the 64/66R turbos for 1,600+ horsepower. Boost is fully adjustable, either by changing the wastegate spring or optioning the Eboost3 for full boost control.
The base system is a tuner kit and does not include tuning. Call Hellion for tuning options; we have a network of trusted tuners and shops we can recommend.
